Lavericks

Today we headed off for our 9th summit in the Mountain Dog Challenge. It was a long drive for a walk that was completed fairly quickly, so we had lunch and did it in the other direction too.

Another walk with not much a view, but another tick on the mountain dog challenge and just one more to go - but that will have to wait a while. Out humans are off to walk the Queen Charlotte Track, and then Mirjam and Scruff will be away for a while. But I digress…

The mossy ferns and raindrops on spiderwebs were the highlight of this trip.

At the start and ready to go. Misty and slightly raining as you can see.

Almost there! That wind turbine is at the top and gave me a huge fright when it started turning suddenly.

Mum isn’t allowing this as an official photo either and Scruff doesn’t look too impressed with my pose.

Apparently a high 10 is okay for the official summit pic. Peak 9 done and dusted.
